The DDS Companies, founded in 2001, offer fully integrated utility service solutions, providing gas, engineering, pipeline, civil, and telecommunications services across multiple states. With a deep commitment to protecting people and the environment while delivering the highest standards of workmanship, DDS has earned a reputation for safe, efficient, and turnkey services.

The challenge of this project was to redesign the DDS website to showcase their broad range of services and to ensure the new site would function as a powerful recruitment tool, highlighting DDS’s strong culture and commitment to safety while encouraging potential candidates to explore career opportunities.

The redesigned website now functions as a dynamic central hub that seamlessly introduces visitors to DDS’s core values, comprehensive services, and diverse career opportunities, all while paying tribute to the organization’s rich heritage. The homepage acts as a compelling lead-in to the rest of the site, thoughtfully guiding users into deeper exploration through intuitive navigation, engaging visuals, and clear messaging that reflects DDS’s mission and culture.
Who We Are
DDS wanted an engaging page that clearly displayed their founder, leadership team, and their values, and their new Who We Are page delivered on that ask.
Join the Team
The new careers page was designed to stand out from the rest of the site using a darker background, engaging image crops, and videos from the founder and current employees. Because so much traffic will be driven to this page, DDS really wanted it to showcase the grit and grind attitude that the company brings to the construction industry.
Overall, DDS looked to Wildfire to give their website a major facelift and a custom look that didn't feel like just another Squarespace template. Our team achieved this through the custom animations throughout the site, as well as the unique sidebar navigation that is unconventional in their line of work.
